BDP is an environmentally aware construction and renovations company. We aim to reduce the carbon footprint of all our sites, recycle waste and water and employ efficient sustainable energy sources where and as far as is practicable whilst maintaining the very highest of professional standards.

We utilise local highly skilled trades-people and locally sourced organic materials where possible. We try to utilise green electricity (Ecotricity contributes wind farmed electricity to the National grid) for the duration of our build/renovation where our clients agree. We are continually monitoring the marketplace for the latest innovations in Eco-friendly building from sustainable energy products to biodegradable insulation products to chemical-free paint. We implement grey and green water systems, solar energy (panels and ground sourced heat).

We can offer a variety of services tailored to our clients needs from a comprehensive package from conception to completion to simply an advisory capacity. We work closely with a team of building surveyors, quantity surveyors, structural engineers and architects to formulate a design from an initial concept and obtain any necessary consents (Listed or Planning) and/or building regulations.

We have over 20 years construction experience between the directors and hold qualifications in building surveying, heath and safely, site management, project management and first aid. We employ a highly skilled, intelligent, polite and tidy workforce to work with you to achieve your goals.
